rates may apply based upon occupancy, season and duration of stay.
A security deposit of $200 is required within ten days after making
a reservation. A refund will be issued for a cancellation made 14
days prior to the reservation date (30 days cancellation are
required for reservations of one month or longer). The security
deposit will be returned within 30 days, assuming no damages to the
property. Full payment is required one week prior to your vacation.
